Ordering and Delivery Terms
Orders
Orders are accepted via our order form and become binding once confirmed in writing.
Please inform us early of any changes or additions.
Production lead time:
Orders must be received by Monday, 12:00 noon for the same week.
Short-notice requests may be possible depending on availability – we’re happy to advise individually.
Delivery
Delivery takes place by arrangement and – whenever possible – on your requested date.
Pickup
For pickups, please respect our shop opening hours or contact us in advance.
Return of catering equipment
All catering materials (e.g. fondue sets, raclette devices, glasses, etc.) are provided on a rental basis and must be returned clean and complete the day after the event, unless otherwise agreed.
Returns are to be made at the Weber shop in Zollikerberg.
Please bring the completed and signed return form along with the equipment.
