The best in the region

We’re especially proud of our homemade fondue blend, considered one of the best in the region. Made from fully matured cheese (never scraps or leftovers) and refined with a secret recipe, it creates a moitié-moitié of uncompromising quality.

Our raclette selection also leaves nothing to be desired: whether plain, pepper, chili, or truffle – we have the perfect variety for every taste.

Swiss Cheese – by Conviction

We are deeply committed to Swiss cheesemaking and work closely with small, innovative producers. Two of our long-standing partners are Moléson and Jumi:

Moléson (FR) stands for traditional craftsmanship from the canton of Fribourg. With great care and expertise, they produce raclette and fondue cheeses of exceptional quality – entirely without additives and made from regional raw milk.

Jumi (BE) from the Emmental delights with bold ideas, creative recipes, and unique flavors. Jumi’s cheese specialties – such as the famous Belper Knolle or Cironé – have long been favorites at our counter.
