We’re especially proud of our homemade fondue blend, considered one of the best in the region. Made from fully matured cheese (never scraps or leftovers) and refined with a secret recipe, it creates a moitié-moitié of uncompromising quality.
Our raclette selection also leaves nothing to be desired: whether plain, pepper, chili, or truffle – we have the perfect variety for every taste.
Swiss Cheese – by Conviction
We are deeply committed to Swiss cheesemaking and work closely with small, innovative producers. Two of our long-standing partners are Moléson and Jumi:
Moléson (FR) stands for traditional craftsmanship from the Fribourg region. With great care and experience, exceptional raclette and fondue cheeses are produced here — without additives and using raw milk from the region. Moléson supplies us with a variety of cheeses, including the Crémeux as well as sheep and goat varieties like Faya and Tchivra.
Jumi (BE) from the Emmental surprises with bold ideas, creative recipes, and unique flavors. Their specialties — such as the famous Belper Knolle or Cironé — have long been favorites in our display.
Bergkäserei Mädris (AG) showcases passion and dedication season after season, with a wide range of specialties including three differently aged mountain cheeses, as well as Alp Siez, Alp Kohlschlag, and the popular Chapfä-Mutschli.
